The Hammer's Fist
Chain of Command

If you are trying to take some initiative in the Hammer's Fist but find your immediate Commanding Officer is either ignoring you, continuously turning down your ideas without cause or is just plain AWOL don't give up.

The Chain of Command can work for you (as it should). Should your immediate Commander be uncooperative go to the next Commander higher up the chain. Explain your grievance with your usual Commander then outline what your proposal is and wait for a response.

If after a few days you still don't get a response move on to the next Commander. Keep doing this until you find some one that will help you out.

By doing so you will be increasing the chances of getting your initiatives going and at the same time highlighting ineffective commanders.

Remember the Hammer's Fist wants active members - make yourself heard and don't settle for anything less.
